Getaway Brewing brings vacation vibes to Dublin’s Bridge Park

Getaway Brewing Co. is a brewery and cocktail bar located at 108 N. High St. in Dublin’s Bridge Park neighborhood. The establishment, owned by Collin Castore, Jen Burton and Travis Spencer, offers several amenities, such as a full-service bar, a taproom, outdoor seating, brewery tours, beer to go and private event space.  

The brewery’s concept centers on evoking the feeling of a vacation, branding itself as a place to enjoy “beer from your favorite vacation.” The space features travel-themed decor, and the drink menu draws inspiration from global destinations. 

The drink menu at Getaway Brewing features a rotating selection of house-made beers, including styles such as pilsners, IPAs, porters and fruit-infused ales. Past offerings have included the Italo Disco, an Italian pilsner; Tuk Tuk, a rice lager; and High Tide, a West Coast IPA. The cocktail list features classics such as the old fashioned and margarita, alongside original recipes crafted with fresh juices and house-made syrups. 

In addition to craft beer and cocktails, Getaway Brewing includes a charcuterie vending machine. The machine allows patrons to select prepackaged meat and cheese plates, with items ranging in price and content. Beyond the charcuterie vending machine, Getaway Brewing supplements its menu with rotating food partnerships. In June 2025, the brewery announced that soon, guests will be able to purchase freshly made Neapolitan and Detroit-style pizza at the brewery.
